Being who you are isn't something that you should have to debate about with any of your so called "friends". When a person tries to dictate your thoughts, your opinions, your words, your style, and everything else that makes you unique, you have to realize that they honestly have no desire to see who you are as a person, blossom. Those who don't like you may at times try to tell you how to live your life, and may pass judgment on you, but in the end it is only the judgment from God that truly matters.
Don't allow yourself to live your life trying to make everyone like you, and trying to please people who you will never please. Keep it simple, and give time to those who give you respect and love, instead of the ones whose intentions are out of nothing more than hate, jealousy and spite.
